We create private label cosmetics designed to meet a wide range of needs: bespoke formulas, exclusive packaging and full regulatory management handled by our team, with complete peace of mind for the client.

We guarantee the same quality, naturality and efficacy that define our own collections, transforming every project into a unique, safe and carefully developed cosmetic product. Our structure allows us to manage both large-scale productions and small batches, offering the flexibility needed by those who wish to create or expand their own cosmetic line without compromise.

Amenities

We create bespoke amenities for hotels, spas, resorts and hospitality spaces, with formulas and packaging tailored to each property's identity. Replacing standard single-use products with Undici's certified natural cosmetics is more than a sustainable, cost-conscious choice: it is a way to elevate the guest experience through beauty, care and attention to detail.

Every texture, fragrance and formulation becomes part of the stay — a subtle gesture of luxury that enhances comfort, communicates quality and increases the perceived value of the property.

Small quantities

Small batches, by design.

Most contract manufacturers require high minimum quantities. We work the other way round: we make only what is known as the «fresh product» — small quantities at short intervals. It is the method that lets us limit preservatives, and the same method that makes a small project possible. For those who produce with us it means being able to start without filling a warehouse, and reordering when it is actually needed.

No stage is a black box: at every step you know what we are doing and what we need from you.

The project

Tell us what product you have in mind, who it is for and where it will be sold. From there we work out whether to start from one of our phytofermented bases or design a new formula.

From you: the positioning and, if you have one, a reference product.

We start from one of our phytofermented bases or develop a new formula, with the botanical actives and texture your positioning calls for. The same quality as our own lines.

From you: your sign-off, before we go any further.

The sample

Before anything goes into production you try the product: texture, scent, yield, how it behaves on the skin. We adjust it until it is what you had in mind.

From you: a real trial, ideally in the treatment room.

Packaging and labels

Containers, decoration and labels under your brand. We help you choose materials consistent with the product and with the story you want to tell.

From you: your logo and brand copy.

Documentation and compliance

We handle the regulatory side: the PIF (Product Information File) and the CPNP notification to the European portal — the two requirements a cosmetic must meet to be placed on the EU market. We prepare them, not you.

Production and delivery

The batch is produced, filled and delivered. From the second order onwards we start again from here: formula, packaging and paperwork already exist.

Not a theoretical container catalogue: these are the sizes that come off our lines today, from the 10 ml ampoule to the 5.75 litre canister. The container is not a constraint: if your project calls for a different one — airless, tube, jar, a size not listed here — we choose it together with the project.

How the formulas are made

Quality begins with what you cannot see.

Most cosmetics build their story around one headline active and treat everything else as a neutral base. We do the opposite: if the base is mediocre, even the most precious ingredient works inside a mediocre formula. A cosmetic is made of three layers — the actives, the water that carries them, the system that cleanses — and we treat all three as raw material. Quality is not added at the end: it is built from the first drop.

Phytofermentation

Botanicals do not enter the formula as they are: they are biotransformed. It is the technology Undici was founded on, and the same one we make available to those who manufacture with us.

Osmotic water

Water is often the largest part of a cosmetic. For many manufacturers it fills, or even dilutes, the formula; for us it is the first quality standard: we treat it by reverse osmosis, so ferments and emulsifiers work in a predictable environment.

The cleansing system

Botanical cleansing systems and ingredients chosen with the microbiome in mind: the aim is to purify without sterilising. Truly clean skin is not depleted — it keeps its barrier, its comfort and its biodiversity.

We do not sell online. Undici products are available exclusively through qualified professionals — pharmacies, spas, beauty centers, and selected perfumeries.
